What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address and, if you choose, your company and phone number.
• Project details you send us in your brief.
• Payment records such as amounts, dates and invoice numbers. Card details are handled by Stripe, not by us.

How we use it

To create your account, deliver your project, send invoices and receipts, provide hosting, and meet our legal and tax obligations.

Who we share it with

• Stripe, to take payments and send receipts and invoices.
• Netlify, which hosts the site and stores account and project data.
• Google or Facebook, only if you choose to sign in with them.
• Our hosting and email providers, to run the site and send messages.

How long we keep it

We keep project and payment records for six years for tax purposes. You can ask us to delete your account at any time, subject to those records.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Contact us through the contact page. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Cookies

We use only essential cookies to keep you signed in and to secure the site. We don't use advertising cookies.
