Terms of service
These terms apply when you order a website, app, branding or hosting plan from KJ Digital.
Who we are
KJ Digital is a web design and development business based in the United Kingdom.
Orders and prices
- Prices are shown in pounds sterling excluding VAT. VAT is added at checkout at the rate that applies to you.
- Packages marked “from” are a starting price. The final price is agreed in writing before any extra cost applies.
- Your order is accepted when the deposit payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation and VAT invoice.
Payment
- A 50% deposit is paid online when you order. The remaining 50% is invoiced when the project is ready to launch and is due within 14 days.
- Hosting and care plans are billed monthly in advance from the day you start the plan, until you cancel.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
What you provide
You provide the content, images, logins and feedback needed to complete the project, and confirm you have the right to use anything you send us.
Ownership
Once paid in full, you own the final design and content created for your project. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Changes and delays
Requests outside the agreed scope are quoted separately before work starts. If we need something from you to continue and don't hear back for 30 days, we may pause the project.
Liability
We take reasonable care in our work. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the project.
